Cardi B’s Big Reveal: Pregnant with Baby No. 4, First with Stefon Diggs

Cardi B is expecting her fourth child — and her first with NFL star Stefon Diggs — the rapper confirmed in a pre-taped CBS Morning interview with Gayle King that aired September 17, 2025. 

Cardi shared that she feels “strong, powerful,” juggling her upcoming album Am I the Drama? with pregnancy. She says Diggs has been especially supportive during anxious moments, making her feel confident and safe. 

She’s already a mom to three children with her ex, Offset — daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave — and Diggs has a daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship. 

Cardi chose to keep the pregnancy private initially. She told King she waited for the right time — waiting for baby’s health updates, closing deals, and making sure the timing felt right. In fact, at the time of the interview she hadn’t even told her parents yet. 

The baby is expected to arrive before her Little Miss Drama tour launches in February 2026.
