Lot of girls ask me how to widen their hips… There are NO workouts that can widen your hips. Wide hips are simply genetics. Only thing you can do to add size to your lower body is gain weight(healthy weight) and lift heavy at least twice a week. Squats have been made the go to for bigger butt but actually squats mainly target your thighs more than your butt. If you are lifting heavy with squats your thighs will get bigger and stronger and a little size added to ur butt but squats are NOT the main work outs for bigger booty…. This is just my go to for stronger and bigger legs ❤️💪🏿 (they only had smith machines in this gym 😩).
